Cancelled our flight from Singapore to Sumatra. They are refusing to provide a refund stating that the flight was overbooked! It has been cancelled (therefore the excuse of being overbooked to prevent returning our money is clearly a lie), along with all other flights to Sumatra around that time. Dodgey company - has taken our money for flights they are no longer offering!!! Avoid using them!
