Awful, rude and ignorant cabin crew. They seem to find it very amusing when the fihgt was late to depart from LGW to Madrid. They said it was because "London is busy and short staffed on ground crew". On arrival in Madrid we were kept waiting on board, and we waited and waited, finally we were told "Madrid is very busy and there is no ground crew. We can not use the bridge attachment because there is no one to operate it. Due to airport regulations and the law you can disembark from the rear." So we waited and waited and waited. No one opened the door!!! Then the bridge arrived at the front of the aircraft, complete with operating crew, they attached it to the door and the cabin crew refused to open the door! !!! When we complained the cabin crew laughed at us and said they make no apologies, tough. We eventually disembarked, got on the bus to take us to baggage reclaim, only to find the driver couldn't reverse the bus! What a fiasco! I wouldn't let Norwegian air take charge of a toy airplane. ....bunch of morons.
