For all of you that have submitted poor reviews for this airline, "boo-hoo". Sorry you feel the way you do, BUT, I must disagree with you all. I have flown with Southwest Airlines over the years, whether I was flying to Las Vegas, San Diego, or Tucson. I have never had a bad experience with them. The only negative thing I would say is that they do not have the best "leg room". But with 2 bags checked in for FREE; and 1 carryon at no cost, that is pretty darn GOOD, considering that the "other" guys charge you for ever 1 bag checked in. And their fares are lower too.
