My last 4 flights with AC were disastrous. The flight to Osaka had my luggage going to Narita. It took 3 days to get the luggage! On returning the flight was cancelled but the passenger support service was pathetic. Passengers were not informed unless they waited in line for hours at the Osaka airport for the contractor to deal with them. More recently baggage on a flight through Toronto was delayed. Kept receiving incorrect info on where it was. The 4th was from Columbus back to Edmonton. Flight was cancelled and AC rebooked me 5 hours later on another flight rather than switching me to United and connecting me earlier through Chicago. So they cancel the flight to save $ and rebook me at their convenience to make more$. The service to the customer is secondary. Calling the 75k line took 15 minute wait as AC has no rep in Columbus! You are basically a hostage of AC in these situations. That is not 4 star service as they claim.
