Flying SAS is really the worst experience I have had in a long time. After a delayed flight to Cph, my return flight to Brussels was suddenly cancelled one hour before leaving because of 'unavailability of crew'. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff rerouted me to Luxembourg where they'll put me on a bus. EDITORS COMMENT: Delays do happen but you got very unlucky to get it twice!
