JETSTAR got the branding right, 1 star air travel. Cancel your 7am flight, then give you two options -- refund or 4.15pm flight, With 4 flying- 2 of us loose a days work 2 loose a days school We Had an event booked and paid for.. Lost $ Could have given us a 9am flight from Avalon, but wanted to charge us $800 extra. Jetstar your service is pathetic, glad you think so much of your Customers. NOT. Your airline is not an option for flights now.
