Very poor this is my second time using delta. Never again will i make this mistake. The first time was three weeks ago. The plane had electric problem. So after sitting in the airport for three hours and missing my connection flights . They tell us that a mechanic from Atlanta is on his way. He way two hours away. So i wasn't able to make my flight . Thwy did give me a refund. So today i sitting in the airport waiting on the mechanics to drive up here from Atlanta to fix the plane again at the same airport and the same gate. I will miss my connection flight again . EDITORS COMMENT: As frustrating as this must have been for you it's reassuring to hear that safety definitely comes first.
