I was left very disappointed with my Air Canada flight from Toronto to LDN Heathrow. It all stated off so well at the airport, the Air Canada check in staff were super friendly and helpful, but once I left the check in desk it was all downhill from there. Boarding was all over the place. They're ready, no they're not, yes they are, no they're not. Once I got on the plane and was sat in my seat and got settled in, I was asked to move (I had booked my seat early so I could a decent window seat as I love the view flying over London), "so a woman could sit next to her mother" which was totally fair enough. I gathered my stuff and moved to the womans seat, only to find that there was none in the seat next it anyway. They could have both sat there, instead they figured that they prefer the view from my seat. Whatever, I settled in happy that I ended up with no one next to me. Then the "breakfast" came out. It wasn't food, I don't know what it was, but it wasn't edible. even if they had cold store bought pancakes that were a week old they would have tasted better. Their inflight entertainment is straight out of the 90's too. I will definitely be taking Iceland air when I head back!
