Business Class
I have become one of the latest victims of British Airways as they lost my suitcase on August 3, 2014. I was traveling on a business trip from Boston to Newcastle, UK, through London Heathrow (Terminal 5). Since then I have filed a lost baggage report and a claim report trying to recover my losses. I have heard nothing from British Airways for over a month now.
