the worst airline i have ever used , mid travel , they said the i ticket was valid ,, but as the name was not on the load sheet , they would not book the person in ,, the plane left with many empty seats , i did purchase another ticket ,, for the next flight back to manila from brisbane ,, the expenses including stress and loss of face for the traveller ,, another 8 hour round trip ( driving ) was lodged ,, the travel company did say wait 1 year ,, well the year has arrived ,, they saw fit to only pay 1/2 the ticket value ,, not to me as it is owed me ,, but to the woman in the philipnes -- i guess the china man that own pal is no good also
