Never been so disgusted by lack of BASIC customer service. Flew from London to Sydney via Bejing. Flight attendants did not speak/understand English which I think is unacceptable for an international airline. Seemed to give priority to Chinese passengers in terms of meal options. Only served green tea. Discrimination against vegetarians as they clearly perceive all to be on a DIET. Every meal I had I was only provided with fruit as a dessert and when I kindly requested a different one, ended up getting laughed at by the air hostesses. Entertainment was mainly Chinese or if in English, incredibly outdated. We experienced a lot of turbulence yet children were still running down the aisles - no attempt to stop them from the staff and no one actually checked if seatbelts were on. On top of all of this, I flew for two days to Sydney, arrived four days ago and still no sign of my luggage. Only Quantas Airways dealing with it in Sydney and I've recieved no commu from Air China themselves. Cowardly, unhelpful, potentially racist and extremely rude. Considering paying more to NOT fly with them back to England. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
