It's amazing that people can give 1 star reviews of an airline because they had to pay for extra luggage or a drink on board! This is a no thrills airline and many people seem to not understand this, if you want the extras either pay for them or go elsewhere. I've taken maybe 20 flights with easyjet since they started and only 1 has been delayed (by 2 hours) and this was due to weather so not their fault but they still gave us a free drink and snack on board. The staff are always perky , friendly and professional. For a low budget airline the costs aren't always low, for example £200 for a LGW>PRG rtn which isn't much less than major carriers. The new mobile app makes checkin much easier now too, no need to print anything off. All in all a solid and safe airline where you won't get extras but you will get to your destination.
