Very bad experience! Air Canada ruined my travel to my father funeral! They did literally nothing to fix the issue. As a result I missed my flight! Besides they gave me&my baby (pregnant 18ws) much stress although I was already crazy about bad news! CustomerService employee abandoned me at 1pm with unregistered luggage when the Gate closes at 1:15pm International Flight at 2pm Bought last minute tickets (expensive) trough TravelAgency cause Air Canada has not direct flight to my EastEuropeanCountry. When they look in my ticket they didn t like that. It s about business competition! They put me in the line of at least 30min when it was already after 1pm After they took me of the line to buy another ticket to Toronto (for extra money) cause there isn t a direct flight from Montreal to Istanbul on Monday. But Air Canada had no right to change my ticket still they put me in another line faraway from CheckInPoint (I thought they help me to catch my plane urgently!) But no, I missed the time cause they are not competent! I still had a chance to get my flight if they move their ass. What a disaster! Unprofessional Staff! I was shocked! I lost the chance to see my father for the last time
