Horrible experience please never use this airline. The ticket agent denied taking our luggage claiming we were late even though we arrived 2 hours before departure FOR A DOMESTIC FLIGHT BTW. Then she says book another flight because I'm not taking it and walks off. I called customer service while at the airport and even pulled up the arrival policy the agent refused us service and was helping other people. Because of this me and my wife missed our flight and had to book another flight for 300 dollars at an airport an hour and a half. I called customer complaints and they said I was tagged as a no show even though I arrived at the airport on time. Till this day no one has contacted me nor have I received a refund. For your sake fly a known airline. Like American, southwest, or USair. Trust me pay the few extra dollars for it. EDITORS COMMENT: Seems a bit odd to me...very strange indeed.
