I had a terrible experience today flying with Qantas. The lockers were so full I couldn't find a place for my suitcase. I spoke to a crew member who promised to find a place for it and said would get back to me after it was done, which he didnt. After the flight landed, i spoke to another crew member about this and she was totally rude saying it's not their responsibility to take care of my luggage (even after I mentioned that a crew member has promised to sort out the issue).
