We flew business and soon realised why they were cheap. Incredibly old aircraft, well below standard service and product offering. Entertainment was ancient. A 16 hour flight with four movies on a loop. The flight deck door remained open a large portion of the flight with people in 'civilian' clothes (presumably off duty staff) going in and out which made us very uneasy. The poor crew looked tired and over it. We wouldn't fly them again.
