I have flown them a lot and have had many negative experiences. The reason why I have flown them several times is that there are not really that many options where I live. The service is really bad - they are so square in their customer service, usually they are delayed, they are not really that cheap compared to other airlines (they have actually ripped me off on a couple of occasions). I would rather pay a little bit more and fly SAS. I haven't flown Norwegian in two years now. I might have to fly them again, if that is the only option.
