I'm 46 y.o. and this was my worst experience with any airline ever. We (me my wife, two children 2 and 5 y.o. and my father 75 y.o.) arrived to the boarding gate more than 10 minutes before the departure and were informed that the gates are already closed, though boarding was actually in progress. Yes, it's printed on the boarding pass the the gate closes 25 minutes before scheduled departure, and I do understand that I use the low cost airline's services. But still I didn't expect such an attitude to the client from ta modern European company, especially taking into account that I flew with other low costers before. We arrived to the airport more than an hour before the departure and they sent us to reprint the boarding pass later saying there was no reason to do this, than found overweight in our luggage (700 gr. for a 32 kg bag). I definitely do not recommend using Wizz air.It was not a big surprise for me to find a website http://www.wizzairsucks.com to be th fifth google results for search request "wizzair client feedback". IMHO they are trying to compensate their low ticket cost by any possible means and you can't imagine what to expect from them next time. EDITORS COMMENT: Personally we think you need to allow more time for check in especially when you have young children who can't run and move through check in and security as quickly as adults.
