Business Class
worst experience of my life... And that was business class!!! Plane kl-Paris most have been as old as I am, seat did not recline, TV screen was broken... And plane broken again coming back from Paris... Delayed 3 times on the day... Only they forgot to tell me! Lovely experience never to be repeated..
