Flew from Rome to Krakow. Managed to lose all my luggage and have not provided any customer support what so ever... It has been 4weeks and have not received a single email in response to the several I have sent to them on the matter. Additionally, plane was filthy, staff were rude and impolite and overall service was supremely poor on all counts. would never ever fly this airline again and would never recommend it to anyone I know.
