If they cancel your flight you won't get a refund. That's right, they can cancel your flight at any time and they refuse to give your money back. They cancelled my flight for 'commercial' reasons, which probably means not enough passengers. That was six months ago and still no refund. They don't return my phone calls or emails. There is nothing I can do. Say goodbye to $500. Save yourself a lot of stress and fly with a reputable airline.
