Economy Class

Spirit airline does not care about there consumers. My family and I booked a flight to Cancun from Fort Lauderdale for a concert series that was not a cheap vacation. We left the house 3 hours prior to flight plenty of time. There was bad weather and accidents. When we finally made it to airport in FLL we had 55mins to check bags and get on flight. The drop bag line was long so we ask the line attendant if They could help us. The attendant just told us to get in line. When we made it to the desk they informed us that it was too late that we needed to be there 60mins prior we were 5 mins late:( they were not helpful at all, if they cared we could have made the flight. They spent so much time doing nothing when if they wanted to help they could. I realize we were 5mins late but have some compassion. They are an inefficient airline.
