Malaysia Airlines review by Tripta 2014-08-19

I am a senior citizen & have High blood pressure which cause my feet & legs swell during journey. While booking my seat, my daughter confirmed Wheel chair facility for me with Malaysia airline. I travelled form Sydney to kuala lumpur & Kuala Lumpur to Delhi.My legs & feet were swollen. I was not provided with wheel chair at Kuala lumpur & Delhi. At Delhi airport I was asked to collect and carry my 30kg luggage myself & the malaysian airline staff had only one word to answer " sorry". I asked staff why didn't they provide wheel chair facility to me & answer I got was I " you are not the only one there are another 9 passengers going through same situation.It was a terrible time travelling with them. Travelling with Malaysia is a complete no no from now onwards.
