Economy Class

Flew Melbourne to Mumbai and return. Terrible in all aspects. Customer service is terrible. I was told in flight that they do not serve more than 1 water bottle per passenger. Entertainment was really bad. The seats really uncomfortable. The flight to Melbourne (return) was delayed four hours on 31/5/2014. No apologies at all. The hostesses and stewards not fluent in English either (no offense, but I had to explain to the hostess 5 times that I needed an extra pillow). Oh and the best one for last. The flushes in the toilet stopped working 3 hours before landing time. When I complained to the steward, he blamed it on the passengers using toilet incorrectly. Highly NOT recommended. Pay a couple of $100 extra and fly Singapore or Quantas. Never traveling Malaysian again.
