Frontier Airlines review by Gentry

If you are looking for an airline that is unreliable, extremely small, unsanitary plane, a flight crew that is not not prepared and was rude, and is all around terrible, this is your airline. I flew from Oklahoma City to Denver with this airline. The crew and pilot were not prepared at all. The plane didn't have enough fuel to make the duration of the flight. We had to wait an extra 90 minutes for them to fuel up the plane. I asked to use the restroom after sitting for 75 minutes and was told that it was not allowed even though we were still sitting in the plane waiting for fuel. I asked again and one flight attendant moved the drink cart and said "Well are you going to go?" I said there is a line right now and I didn't think we were allowed to congregate near the restrooms. She rolled her eyes and continued shoving the cart down the isle. When it was time to finally get in the air, the flight attendants tried to make jokes about the safety requirements and in case of emergency protocol. At this point, everyone on the plane was so tired of their attitude, no one was laughing. In fact, most people completely ignored the "show." I will happily pay more for a United flight and get better service than to ever fly Frontier again. Worse flight I have ever experienced. Don't waste your money flying on this airline.
