Southwest Airlines review by Jonathan 2014-04-23

There is a lot to say about this airline. It was my first time flying on Southwest. I went round-trip from Newark, NJ to Houston, TX in April 2014 and I could not believe how attentive these staff were. I was asleep on my flight to Houston and they got me a can of soda out of nowhere once I woke up! I have flown a lot on long flights like these and the staff usually do nothing on airlines like United, but the crew on Southwest went a lot farther. Some things I did not like were the uncomfortable seats (but most airlines have the same seats anyway) and the delay we got on my flight to Newark, which the flight attendants apologized at the end of the flight. That is something I don't see on an airline. I would highly recommend Southwest to anyone.
