Outbound we flew premium, which was amazing, the legroom was rediculous how much you got. Inbound, we stuck with economy (rather than pay a further £700!) it was AWFUL, the legroom is non-existent. If you're over 5'6 foot avoid!!!! 6 times this year we have flown, and that was terrible! We were missold by their employee, they admitted fault, but took 3 WEEKS to contact me. I've now been waiting 5 weeks for a £210 refund of the £400 cost their employee gave me! (Changed date of flight as he informed me extra legroom seats were available and then when I paid, said sorry I was looking at wrong area of the plane, I was looking at premium with us a further £600!) As others have said, any issues you have with this airline, or any mistakes they have made, DO NOT EXPECT AN APPOLOGY OR REPOSNSE!
