4 1/2 delay from Houston to New Jersey canceled flight from NJ to Montreal rebooked next day on AC VERY EARLY No hotels available (they claimed) Had to sleep in the airport with 3 small kids Suitcase lost for 3 days, no clothes to wear to wedding. return flight from Toronto to Houston was better, no room in economy had to sit in economy plus. In the long run, the worst thing was everyone we talked to gave us different information about the lost suitcase. in the end, they pawned it off on AC who brought it to us, even though it was UA's screw upS that it was lost. When they rebooked our A.M. flight (which they did from Houston because they thought we were going to miss the connection. We didn't...it was late...then cancelled) they said "if we knew sooner we could have got you on a flight to Canada same day." How did they not know? It was on our PNR.
