My flight was delayed one hour 45 min from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur. As a result, I missed my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Padang with another airlines. Before we took off, I reminded the ground crew in Kuching to make sure they make arrangement with the connecting airlines so that they will wait for me. In Kuching they assured me that they have called. When I got to KL, there was no help extended from the crew whatsoever. I was left with "the company will compensate if the flight is delayed for 3 hours or more". It is fair for the company to say that. Despite multiple reminder to them to make sure I can get my connecting flight, I am disappointed by the so-called services. Don't ever advertise about your non-existent services. It is disgusting.
