WORST Airline I have ever flown! Delayed my flight out of JFK while telling me that connecting flight in Beijing will wait for us - LIE! That flight left before we even landed in Beijing. Returning from Phuket, again departing flight was late. Business class out of Phuket was just a name - seats did not recline, leg room was nonexistent. Might as well have flown coach. Thank gd I was in good spirits but the airline jeopardized my honeymoon and made me lose a day of a once-in-a-lifetime trip!
