Oman Air review by Sabine 2015-12-17

It cannot get worse. We booked and paid more to go direct with Oman air. 2 weeks before we are going they send need tickets and do not even highlight it has changed with a stopover and the trip was 3 times as long as planned. We of course try to contract them and everytime we are send to someone else. No one wants to help and there is no understanding. We had planned the trip so we would arrive at dinner time perfect for the kids. Instead we needed up arriving very late in the evening we we also was delayed more than an hour. We tried to get compensation but again we was just send around the system. We was just going on a 4 days trip and first day ended up disstroyed as the kids was so tired. We will never use them again.
