Singapore Airlines review by Rosalia 2016-06-29

I took SQ16 on June 17th and SQ1 on June 25th. The plane was 777-300ER refitted which was my all time favourite seat. Its so comfortable and provides loads of privacy. Crew on both sectors were pleasant and professional. As I had some issues on my connection to SQ1 the ground manager at SFO and HKIA were super nice and look after me since I was somewhat distraught. They both showed professionalism and empathy. I was looked after very well. As these are long haul flights you can be assured that a cabin crew is always around unlike other airline where you need to find the crew just to get some water. As the 2nd 5 star airline in the world their service level is great
