Flying from London to Larnaca via Athens. Had two boarding passes with seats assigned. Athens layover was 3 hours; when boarding was told my seat has changed. I was traveling with my husband all the way from Canada, they gave our seats to others and put us in two separate less desirable seats without informing us. We felt that we were dumped like luggage and there was no consideration whatsoever to customer service. We asked why they changed our seats, there was no answer. we suspect that they gave our seats to friends and did not even bother to tell us. Aegean airline seems to be a microcosm of Greece which is on the verge of bankruptcy due to corruption. Is Augean airline going to follow due to poor employee conduct and total disregard to customer service? With Aegean, when you are assigned a seat and given a boarding pass expect last minute changes and to be thrown into any seat regardless. Poor reliability, poor customer service, poor in all aspects, not recommended.
