Flight:SQ221 (A380) From Singapore to Sydney. Check-in at Changi Airport was the worst. We travelled as a family of 5 (4 adults and a 3 years old). The woman who checked in our luggages was very unhappy, rude, uneducated and moody, tried to pick on us every little thing. She has no understanding of family travelling with small children. Shame on Singapore airline, we have been travelling with you for soon long and this would be the last, never again. On board, food was as bad, I did not have a choice, there were not enough for everyone to choose so I had to take what was left. Very poor services, worse than budget airlines.
