I usually travel to Colombia via Avianca. The airline is very clean, departing and arriving on time. The plane-crew is the finest: always ready to serve you, friendly and able to find a solution to any problem. The food is good, the coffee excellent. My complains are two. The first one, is about the price: it is the highest in the market. From JFK to MDE more than a thousand dollars. The second, is about the desk people in Colombian Airport. They have no solution to anything. Their first concern is about the company. We, as a customers, are the last thing they are worried about.
