Business Class

JQ5 from Brisbane to Hawaii scheduled departure 6pm 28th April. Cancelled on 29 April 6pm after 4 attempts over 2 days to take off. Engineers could not fix the problem after several attempts. 1st Night we were taken to hotel for a nap at 4am the following morning. Ground crew did not know what they were doing and horrendously disorganzed. Babies, disabled and star class passengers were left till the end for accommodation. Re-checking in the next day was a nightmare as 300 passengers bused to airport at same time! When flight was cancelled the 2nd night we were told that we had to rebook new flights by calling 131JET. Staff could do nothing to help. Passengers offered $30 a night until they could fly again. Also cops were called onto plane when it returned to terminal to stare down anyone who complained openly or loudly about the delay. 1 was an old man upset cos he would miss a connecting flight & was not aggressive! Shame on Jetstar
