They do not care about the passenger, just how much more money they can charge you. there are all sorts of extra fees and regulations. My size of carry on bag was much smaller than standard which they made me to PAY an additional $50.00 ALL BEFORE I EVEN BOARDED THE PLANE.... they are worst airline and they are not cheap at all with their extra fees that stick it to you on the last minutes before boarding the their plane. EDITORS COMMENT:They clearly state during the booking process that carry on baggage is to be paid for. We don't agree with it but they are a low cost airline and part of their cheap fares is charging for carry on luggage.
