Just flew Delta Sydney-LAX-Rio. 14,169 miles. Yet under their new Frequent flier program-- it translates to just 7,195 miles credited flown-- and I'm a Platinum member-- one of their best customers! Delta's new math doesn't add up. This is how you treat your best customers, Delta! Final straw, time to switch loyalty. Total RIP-OFF.
