Economy Class

Delayed flights, no hotel expenses paid, no phone expenses paid, no EU flight delay compensation paid, no effective response from customer relations, Worst company in Europe & possibly the worst airline in the world. If you fly and get delayed you are completely on your own, don't risk it use a proper airline as you pay for what you get.
