Air New Zealand review by George 2017-03-17

Another stunning performance Air NZ, take a bow! Get off an ordinary commuter plane in the us, to what one can only describe as coming home. I got upgraded to premium economy, where the staff were simply amazing! The most delicious food and plenty of choice. I was very looked after. Good selection of movies, the seats on my 777200, whilst not as good as on the 777400, were very comfortable and I got 6 hours sleep! I walk into the lounge at AUCKLAND, because I am transiting in to Australia, and there to meet me on my Air NZ phone app is an easy to use coffee ordering app. So I order what is a delicious flat white, greatly missed good coffee in the US! As well the Auckland lounge is fantastic!! So in the business world they talk about Raving Fans, well you have one with me! Well done Air NZ, hats off to you.
