Southwest Airlines review by Jacob 2016-12-06

The staff for my flight was exceptionally helpful and patient with my family. I was travelling with my wife and 4 children; the oldest children were barely 2 years old (2 sets of twins). We had a flight with 3 stops between El Paso, TX and Raleigh, NC, the staff did everything they could to help us manage the trip. During each stop they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped entertain the children all while ensuring the flight kept its schedule. While the children did have moments of discomfort with the pressure in their ears, I must say they acted wonderfully throughout the course of the entire trip. I must give credit to the flight staff; this is in no small part due to their efforts and understanding.
