Always late / unorganized / issues with fight ..... 07/23/17. AL 431 RNO - LAS Boarded 20 minutes late Sat on flight / seated in last row . Seat 37F Flight attendants talking in back about seating issues .... then asked to scan everyone's boarding passes again . Waited another 15 minutes Then pilot says it's to hot to take off (it is 95) They then deplane everyone saying it will rain or clouds in about an hour .... Everyone off - offered Dixie cups of water and told to wait for info Pls just tell your consumers the truth - we would appreciate it more .
