Delta Air Lines review by Tina 2016-08-13

Today I flew delta twice, I was flying to see my mother who is sick in Chicago, Illinois I had a layover in Atlanta, Georgia where I become aware of their policy of "your seat may be given away, if you're not present 15 mins prior to boarding/ takeoff" when I arrived to the gate and discovered this I was devostated, I was brought to almost immediate tears. And the lady at the desk was very busy, trying to ensure others who have been waiting could now get on the flight. I felt she didn't care about my needs to be on the flight and how fusterated I was. But she did, she did care, and she did everything in her power to ensure my boyfriend and I got on our flight to see my mom. I didn't catch her name, but I am sooo incredibly thankful to her for letting me have this one weekend with my mom. And thank you delta!
