Air Canada review by Robyn 2015-12-09

Absolutely the Worst airline I have dealt with and I travel frequently. My luggage was lost. I did not receive it until the evening I was leaving. The air Canada rep that was on the resort was not reassuring at all! He actually said to me and I quote, " Your luggage is gone and we have no idea where it is. I would get on reimbursement of your belongings as soon as you return to Canada because they are really don't like handing out money." He told me that any money spent on necessities would be reimbursed. No one will talk to me about my issues. Two months later I receive a email with a 500 dollar gift card? what is that? My trip was 1500 plus my expenses there weren't even addressed. I am absolutely blown away with the rudeness and disrespect I have dealt with this company. I will never fly again with Air Canada! Appalled is not the word! EDITORS COMMENT: Doesn't sound like a very good experience at all - one that could have been handled better that's for sure.
