I travel to Norway 12 times a year and since they nearly have a monopoly I have to use them. Their favorite trick is to cancel a half full flight and squeeze you in to the next one to fill the flight irrespective if you have a connection. Part of their cost cutting drive is to reduce maintenance as I have had to transfer to replacement aircraft more than once. I've tried to check how many points I have accumulated but trying to check on line is like breaking the enigma code. I have made circa 40 flights in the last year, as I have done every year since 2008 and have added my europoints but I still have a basic card. I first used them in 1999 and they were a good airline then but like most airlines they cut running costs resulting in a deteriorating in service.
