Economy Class

We had a 24 hours delay and the staff were very rude on not helpful at all. Their behavior was unacceptable. During the delay the Norwegian air communicated zero till nil information about when our flight was about to leave plus they didn't put any information on the departure information board, so we had ask at every gate if our flight was leaving from that particular gate! When we finally found the gate and time, we had to change gates at the time we should have taken off, because they had to get the airplane from a remote place of the airport, which took them another 2 hours! The plane they used was gross and no inflight entertainment or anything that they promised. So this was the first and last time with this airline
