Frontier Airlines review by Randy 2017-01-30

Worst airline ever! Their FF miles expire in only 6 months. They do not have an expiration date anywhere on their website, so you must call them. I spent many hours getting 45,000 miles reinstated, which they "lost". Worst customer service on the planet; they are in India I think and they no nothing about the workings of the company! The only way you can use miles is to fly to Denver and then wait OVERNITE on all flights except one or two. Terrible Terrible Terrible!
