Excellent service for money. Simply: excellent and user friendly booking, transparent prices, prompt SMS service; good luggage size and weight, just flies on time on new and extremely clean aircrafts. The price difference between Economy and Premium fares does not reflect the difference service (mainly the same). Self check-in is a good option on home (Norway) airports, can be a problem outside Norway (few check-in lines, opens quite late wrt the departure time). I wish they could expand their business on foreign routes.
