Direct flight Toronto- Vancouver. Having chosen a low cost airline, my expectations were low. However, I didn't expect a terrible experience. Flight was delayed for a long time, no explanation given, and very hard to find staff to update us on the status of the flight. Very few staff on the ground so the ones there simply cannot do even a fair job. No staff spoke French and same scenario on the plane. The seats are just terrible. Very bad experience overall, even with factoring that it is a low cost airline. Not recommended.
