The service was unacceptably terrible. The cabin crew members didn't seem to understand the basics of their job while their English was incompetent. One air hostess was rude to my wife when my wife asked for a cup of water to have prescription drugs for her coughing. Even though it was a long flight from Saigon to Sydney, this can not in any way compensate for not having a smile with passengers.
